Hi! My name is Saskia, but mostly known as Azana, Taoru, TaoruPanda, or Panda in the universe that’s called the Furry fandom. Born in December 1991 and just a busy bee from the Netherlands, but now residing in the Dortmund area of Germany.
Active in the Furry fandom since 2012/2013. First as a regular attendee at walks and local cons, and later as a Dealer and Volunteer.
Currently I am the head of the Dealers Den of a Belgian con called Flüüff
During a project of school I started handsewing fairly small plushies. To my surprise I quickly received interest from the furry fandom to do custom ones.
Some took me 10-20 hours and I sold them for about 75,- tops.
Due to me working from my room; the attic at my parents, I couldnt build stock – neither could I invest in a lot due to space restraints
Over time I learned how to work with my mom’s old singer, and was able to extend my work slowely to harnesses and other items.
Only recently I started to really develop my skills as a suit-maker too. My first fursuit in over 12 years was made during a sickbed after an operation, in Oktober 2024. Just before that I finished a tail and bodysuit. With every suit I make, I learn more and get better with huge jumps
My goal is to make commissioning a nice experience again. During the years that I spent within the fandom I noticed a lot of people complain about bad customer experiences.
I try to be different by having a lot of communication, being open for change and just doing everything with a broad smile on my face.
So when you see me at a con, poke me, lets have a drink and a laugh!
